How to Calculate a Life Path Number Manually

- Reduce the month. Add the digits of your birth month. If the result is 11, keep it as a Master Number. Example: October (10) → 1 + 0 = 1. November (11) stays 11.
- Reduce the day. Add the digits of your birth day, stopping at a single digit or at 11/22. Example: the 12th → 1 + 2 = 3. The 29th → 2 + 9 = 11 (kept as 11).
- Reduce the year. Add all four digits of your birth year and keep reducing to a single digit or Master Number. Example: 1990 → 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19 → 1 + 9 = 10 → 1 + 0 = 1.
- Sum the three results. Add the reduced month + reduced day + reduced year.
- Reduce the total. Reduce the sum to a single digit (1–9), but keep it as 11, 22, or 33 if the final reduction lands exactly on a Master Number.
